Shipping and Delivery
Orders within United Arab Emirates
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 10 working days of receiving a notification.
- Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via courier at a standard rate of AED 30.
- Shipping Time: Shipping within the UAE requires an additional 1-2 days once the order has been dispatched from Crystal Abaya Studio (CAS).
- Payment Method: Cash on delivery is accepted at no extra charge.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided to the customer after the order has been shipped.
International Orders
- Global Delivery: We deliver worldwide.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 10 working days of receiving payment. Cash on delivery is not available for international orders.
- Shipping Time: Shipping internationally requires an additional 3-7 days, depending on the destination, once the order has been dispatched from CAS.
- ETA: The estimated time for receiving international orders is 10-17 days, depending on customs clearance procedures.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided to the customer after the order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping: A standard rate of AED 30 applies to all cities across the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, UAQ, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujeirah).
- International Shipping: Costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.
- Payment: Shipping costs will be collected with the purchase and will be the final price for the customer.
Delivery Terms
- Domestic Transit Time: Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 1-2 days.
- International Transit Time: Generally, international shipments are in transit for 3-7 days.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 10-12 business days of order confirmation. We operate from Saturday to Thursday during standard business hours (9 am - 5 pm), excluding Fridays and national holidays.
- Change of Delivery Address: Address changes can be made at any time before the order has been dispatched.
- Delivery Time Exceeded: If delivery time exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us at info@luxurystyle.com com for an investigation.
- Tracking Notifications: Customers will receive a tracking link upon dispatch to monitor their shipment's progress.
- Damaged Parcels: If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier and contact us. If the parcel is delivered without your presence, please email us at info@luxurystyle.com.
Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
Import Duties & Taxes
CAS Abaya is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on international orders. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
